How do you go about surmounting the inevitable divides between each creator’s vision for what the work will ultimately look like?

Did you map out The Mists of Everkeep or did Donny just say "Go wild, make it huge!" and you had some fun with it?
Second, what were the influences and vibes you were aiming for with the uniforms that the army of kid wizards wear?
