Thanks for sharing! I’d never heard So Long Marianne before.

Maybe not the most popular choice, but I’m a sucker for Chris Cornell‘s version of Nothing Compares 2 You.

As an aside, the Revisionist History podcast episode “Hallelujah” talks about Leonard Cohen a bit (among others) and is really interesting. Highly recommended!

Hearing you refer to Chip as an “acquaintance of the podcast,” in the Substack narration I l listen to, made me cackle like an insane person while bottle feeding my kid.

I’ve got to say I really really appreciate the multidisciplinary approach to making comics it seems like you use like all the music and art references are really cool. I recently bought and devoured “4 kids walk into a bank” and I subscribe to WTFPFH and I have to ask do you have any other indie books I haven’t found? I have really enjoyed Wildcats and your big two stuff in general but your independent work is so singular there’s nothing else really even like it and I’d love to read more

Love your podcast. I enjoy listening to it every week. the level of thought-provoking questions is great that I learn a lot the creators as well as the industry. I won't even bother with Conan's. It has been a while since you have been to Third Eye. I do hope to see you there.

Hope you all had a good Vday!!! Did you send out the books for substack founders from last year? I had moved last year, and wanted to make sure I did not miss them.

I'm hoping someone will buy an extra copy of that Chip Variant that which I may score later, I'm exiled in Seattle nowhere near Ed's tour! 🤞🏽
